After reading this review of #transcribing app Temi.com (from JasonChicola of Rev.com) in Editor & Publisher, I gave the free trial a test run.
I up loaded a 22-minute conversation between three people: one woman and two men, one of whom had a distinctly non-American accent. Temi performed pretty darn good as far as transcribing the tape word-for-word. It didn’t do quite as well in distinguishing among the three voices.
The upload was slow (but that was my connection, I think) but once it was uploaded, I had text back in 15 minutes.
The over all experience was good enough that I will be using it again. I’d recommend it. https://lnkd.in/eedpHZy
